We offer different sizes for every piece of clothing. Each product should have their own measurements for you to compare yourself/a garment you have. If there are none, let us know by email and we can get you them! Please keep in mind all our clothing are based in Asia, so expect them to be considerably smaller than Europe/US!



. What payment methods do you accept?

ONLY Paypal, credit card, and debit card (linked to Paypal). No ‘mailed cash’ or bank transfers, etc.

2. I am not from the United States and do not use their currency “USD.” Do you accept (my country’s currency)?

The default prices of our cases are in USD, but can be purchased from any country with any currency. Although you may see the price of our items in your currency, during checkout, the price will go back to USD numbers, so do not be alarmed by that! Your currency will simply convert to USD upon paying.


1. Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping? 

Yes we do ship EVERYWHERE and shipping is FREE with a minimum order value of $50!
If the order is below $50, we have a flat shipping fee of $4.67, regardless where you are!


We ship from our partnered factories located in China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately  (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. Our shop’s currency is in USD though!


Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 1 week to 2 months. It depends what you purchased. You can contact us or email for specific shipping times.


While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce (China). If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund! 🙂


We ship from different parts of China so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you’d like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens).


If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

8. Who delivers my item(s)?

Your items are delivered by our fulfillment center and will usually reach you via your local postal service in your location.

9. What time are deliveries usually made?

Items are delivered depending on the local postal system and are usually during business hours. (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)

10. What happens if no one is at home?

Not to worry, most of our items will be left in your postbox if they are small enough and if the postman does not have access to your postbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for you to pick up!

11. Where do you ship from?

We currently ship from our warehouse from Asia, Canada, and Europe hence why sometimes our items take a little longer to reach you!

12. I messed up my delivery address, what do I do?

Not to worry, as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Just email us your full, correct address along with your order number and we would update your details for you.

13. What about my billing address?

Billing addresses are currently non-editable to prevent and minimise fraud from happening. Please note that all details entered and submitted to us are final.

14. Change of address after receiving confirmation of shipping

Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

1. I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get my money back please?

We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!

2. Can I return an item for a full refund?

We offer  FREE  returns/exchanges if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that are a result of OUR fault! If a problem is present, please inform us within a  WEEK  OF RECEIVING.

3. Can I exchange an item for a larger/smaller size?

If you choose the wrong size, unfortunately we cannot offer a FREE exchange, but we can help offer a low cost alternative if you bring up the issue to us. All of our products have different measurements, so it is VERY important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy. Are there no measurements or you want more information about a specific product? Email us!

Order Changes

I have changed my mind about my item, what do I do?

  • If you have changed your mind about your order, please email us ASAP to change the order and we will help sort something out. Please note that any order changes will need to be done within 2 hours of the initial purchase

Import Taxes & Duties

What happens if I am charged with import duties?

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount of the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the euro amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

  • The store cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Can I still change my item after receiving the email confirmation?

  • Unfortunately, no. All items that have left our warehouse are final and not changeable.

Refunds & Cancellations

What is your refund policy?

  • All items bought may be returned and/or refunded by the buyer, subjected to the discretion and approval of the management, given the following conditions:

  • Exclusions apply to promotional (free) items .

  • Request(s) for returns are accepted within 30 working days from delivery.

  • All items must be returned in their delivered state, along with all of its parts and tags.

  • Damaged/defective/wrong items may be exchanged, depending on the sole discretion of the management.

  • Cancellation of items/orders may be made prior to the completion of orders and the management reserves the right to refuse any cancellation made after shipment of the item(s) and/or after 2 hours of the initial purchase.

  • The return fee will solely be rendered by the buyer

  • The management reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds and each case is subjected to the sole discretion of the firm

  • The company will not be liable for any errors in shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to the item returning back to us before receiving a refund.

  • Any change of addresses are subjected to the management’s approval and orders that are shipped/completed are strictly non-editable.

  • Any reshipment of items done must correspond to the address found in the initial order and cannot be changed nor substituted with another address, design or brand of the item. The management reserves the right to refuse reshipments based on incorrect addresses and are not liable for the inaccuracy of address as provided by the buyer.

How long do refunds take?

  • Refunds may take up to 14 working days, depending on the system you paid with.

  • I still have yet to receive my refund?

  • Please notify us immediately via email should you have not received it after 14 working days and we would help sort something out for you.

Damaged Items

What do I do if I have received a damaged item?

  • If you have received a damaged item, please let us know immediately and you would be given a choice for us to reship you a replacement item.

Can I return a damaged item?

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns for damaged items at this time. However, a reshipment option is available should you wish to avail this option.

  • **We are not responsible for any damages caused by wear and tear, submergence into water nor if the item does not fit due to sizing reasons


Promotional Items

Why do you have some items for free?

  • We have a strong belief that style should be affordable. We often run temporary promotional free item campaigns where you will just pay for shipping and we then can do a mass fulfillment process to make this possible, similar to a Kickstarter campaign. We get value in cross-selling and hopefully having you come back to us in the future.

Emails & Notification

Unreceived Confirmation Email

  • If you have not received any emails from us confirming your purchase, do let us know immediately via email or our contact form with your full name/shipping address name and we would help sort this out as soon as we can.

  • Sometimes our emails may end up in your spam/junk or other folders and we would like to ask you to check them before contacting us.

Unable to view email properly

  • If you are unable to view the email from us properly, do get in touch and we will resend you the email.
